The story
Healing has always been at the center of my life, just in different forms.
As a registered nurse, I’ve cared for people in some of their most vulnerable moments. Through that work, I realized that true healing goes beyond the physical, it also includes the emotional and energetic parts of who we are.
That realization led me to Reiki.
Today, I blend my clinical background with energy healing to create a space that is both grounded and deeply supportive. Whether you’re here to receive a session or learn Reiki yourself, my intention is simple:

The history
My path into healing didn’t start with Reiki, it started in the nursing field.
For years, I worked as a nurse in high-intensity environments, caring for patients in critical and often life-changing moments. That experience shaped my foundation in safety, awareness, and deep compassion.
Over time, I began to feel called to something more.
I wanted to support people not just through physical care, but through the emotional and energetic layers of healing that are often left unaddressed.
That’s when Reiki found me.
What began as a personal exploration quickly became a meaningful part of my life. As I experienced its impact firsthand, I knew this was something I was meant to share.
I continued my training, deepened my practice, and began working with others—offering sessions, teaching, and creating space for healing in a more holistic way.
Today, this work has grown into a blend of both worlds, where my background in nursing meets energy healing, and where each person is supported with intention, presence, and care.

Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing Sessions
These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply in need of balance, Reiki provides a calm and supportive space for healing on a deeper level.
Available Sessions:
- Initial Reiki Session (60 minutes)
- Follow-Up Reiki Session (45 minutes)
- Quick Chakra Balancing Session (30 minutes)
Each session is tailored to your needs and includes intention setting, energy work, and time for integration.
Reiki Classes
For those who feel called to learn, I offer Reiki training that is both beginner-friendly and deeply transformative.
These classes are designed to not only teach you how to channel Reiki energy, but to help you build confidence, connection, and trust in your own intuitive abilities.
Certification Levels Offered:
- Reiki Level 1
- Reiki Level 2
- Reiki Master Level
- Combined Level 1 & 2 Intensive
You’ll leave with practical skills, hands-on experience, and a certification that allows you to use Reiki for yourself and others.
